Primark AW18 Press Day | Fashion Previews

Hey Lovelies,

Around 2 weeks ago I was lucky enough to be invited down the the Primark Autumn Winter Press Day for this coming season. I can't believe this was the first event I attended of Primark's last year; I've been going to Primark events for  1 year now, I can't believe it!

As you can imagine I was very excited to see what Primark will be bringing into stores in just a few months time. I always get more excited about the colder months fashion trends and I was not disappointed when I went to the Press Day. To my surprise Primark had what can only be described as a rainbow rail! Coats, jumpers and tops in every colour of the rainbow. This was so different from the usual greys and burgundy we're used to for autumn and winter. I absolutely loved it! I honestly think I'm going to need every coat off that rack, especially the rainbow puffer jacket!

Saying this I did spot an absolutely gorgeous grey check pattern on a pair of boots, heels, canvas trainers and a handbag. All of which I think I'm also going to need!

Primark also had a makeup display with such beautiful products which I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all of the makeup on display that day is already in stores!

As I headed down to the lower floor I instantly clocked a check pink and blue shoe on display. Clueless vibes or what?! I'm actually tempted to buy both pairs and wear one of each colour on either foot!

There was also food and drink available, cute pick and mix displays and even a tared card reading! I thoroughly enjoyed the event and am honestly so excited for the range to start hitting stores.

Check out all the photos from the press day range below and if that isn't enough check out my weekly vlog also below (starts at 42mins) for footage too!

May The Fourth Be With You | American Tourister Stormtrooper Suitcase Review

Hey lovelies,

So I was very, VERY kindly gifted this American Tourister Stormtrooper suitcase and I just had to get it styled with an outfit and get a blog post review up for it! I've always drooled over the American Tourister suitcases and hoped that one day I would be able to save up and get one for if I ever get to go on holiday again (this would be amazing for a Disney World trip!). Never did I dream I would be gifted one of their suitcases!

I'm a bit of a suitcase novice and for all of my life I've either shared a suitcase with my parents when I was younger, or in my adult life I've used my £20 pink one that I bought from Asda 5 minutes before a trip to Thorpe Park, probably over 6 years ago; it has two wheels, wobbles around when you pull it and can barely fit one outfit change in. So as you can imagine this Stormtrooper suitcase is quite a step up for me; it wheels around with ease on 4 rotating wheels, it has a locking system attached, it has so much room I can take way more outfit changes on my future London and Disneyland Paris trips and not to mention it has the most amazing design on it! I've always felt that suitcases are an extension of your outfit much like your handbag, so this one ticks all the right boxes with me!

The finishing touches are really to be admired as well; the handles and zips all have the American Tourister writing on, there's a Star Wars label on the side and the red lining matches the zips on the outside! You can really feel the quality; I wouldn't be worried about my contents at all while travelling with this durable shell case.

Overall, I give the suitcase a 10/10 and definitely plan on buying more from their Disney range in the future for my hopefully one day Disney World trip (I'll need 2 cases for all the merchandise I plan to buy! :D). I will however have to give it a proper review once I've used it whilst travelling to see if it holds up, look out for that hopefully in the near future!

You can check out the American Tourister range here and I also recommend you check out their Instagram and the hashtag #meandmyAT to view how everyone else has styled their suitcase! Check out the following pictures too for suitcase close ups and the inside layout.

Festival Clothing on a budget? Primark To The Rescue!

Hey Lovelies,

Festival season is upon us and so are the sparkles in our high street stores! It's like Christmas but with clothes that cover less of the skin! Ok but seriously this year festival season is better than ever. Why you may ask? Well this year it is way more affordable than previous years due to Primark bringing out their own festival range. Yes, all of these clothing pieces you see in this blogpost are Primark, I kid you not. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Primark fan but this range even surprised me! I've paid £50+ for similar items from MissGuided and other women's fashion brands, and Primark are now doing the same for much less.

I actually wish I had a festival to go to so I could wear these gorgeous pieces, but to be honest I'm all about the sparkle so I'm going to make sure I get a hold of some of this range and incorporate it into my everyday wardrobe. I think it's totally possible!

The range includes something for everyone; gorgeous sequin bodysuits and bikinis for the more daring and then denim and sequin jackets for those who want to cover up a bit more, but still want to get into that festival spirit!

I really feel like this might be one of my favourite Primark ranges; I don't know what to buy first! I definitely want the matching bralet, shorts and jacket which only comes in at £36 for the whole set! I can't even tell you how much I need that iridescent sequin vest top in my life! I'm guessing this range will sell out fast at these prices and quality, so make sure if your heading to a festival or you just love sparkles for Summer, that you get to your local Primark fast before it all sells out!

Which is your favourite piece and would you rock any of these pieces for a festival? Let me know in the comments and check out the whole range below!

Love Sarah
